Job Description: ABA Supervisor

The main responsibility of our ABA supervisor is to develop and monitor the implementation of treatment plan to our Center Based and Home Based program based on the principles of ABA.




  • Develop and monitor specific intervention activities implemented by teacher and teacher assistants in accordance to each child’s treatment plan
  • Supervision to teachers by leading monthly meetings to analyze data and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
  • Provide support to home based provides by reviewing session notes, progress reports and treatment plans to ensure compliance with the BEI program
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures as set forth by the New York State Early Intervention Program
  • Submit monthly activity logs


Requirements:  License in one of these areas

  • Master’s Degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
  • At least two years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting preferred
  • Familiarity with the field of early intervention preferred
  • Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit children with ASD
  • Experience writing applied behavior analytic programs and analyzing and graphing data
  • Familiar with current related research findings.
  • Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies related to program and service delivery for individuals with ASD
